Chicago Community Trust has awarded $150,500 to 37 projects and nonprofits who will make a difference in their communities. These projects will support tangible activities to benefit neighborhoods.
Each year, residents come together at CCT’s on the table events to inspire and develop new ideas for change in the communities. This year CCT encouraged participants to move to action.
Chicago Community Trust has distributed nearly $350,000 in Acting Up awards over the past 3 years. “Acting Up projects big and small have made a real difference in communities across Chicagoland. Thanks to the generosity of our donors—the Bernick and Bluhm families, and Allstate—this year 37 more projects will make their impact.” – CTC Staffer
